A children's art project endorsed by the city has resulted in painted decals being attached to the hoods and trunks of many NYC cabs.
LOL!!
Its late. A stoner gets in. Half a block later he says,
"Wow man! Your cab totally freaks me out, dude. Your hood is covered in flowers, bro. That must have been some good acid that I 'dropped' just now."
yeah, i dunno, i always thought i'd enjoy the west coast, but flowers on a cab rubs me the wrong way.
