Where is alphabet city?
It's a section of Manhattan between 14th Street and Houston Street (north to south) and 1st Avenue and the East River (west to east). Avenues A, B, C, and D run through it.
Thanks for the explanation. I have been to Manhattan many times but spend most of my time on the upper west side in my sister's neighborhood.
