When we were in the village very few people knew where Cafe Wha was.
Bob Dylan and all that..
Perry, and 7th this is, very tough to find your way around there, nice though cause it keeps the traffic down. beautiful neighborhood, beautiful picture. oh and cafe wha is on macdougal and that street/alley, whatever, btw w3rd street, and bleeker. but it isn't the same by anyone's stretch of the imagination I'm sure.
Amazing, Lucky, what an eye. Yes, this picture was taken on Perry Street in the West Village. That little street off McDougal is Minetta Lane, btw. Also for the record, the club that had the claim to fame about Dylan was Gerde's Folk City on W.3rd near 6 Ave. It's now some kind of hip-hop club.
