The High Line is NYC's newest park, an elevated rail track that has been converted to a promenade in Chelsea.
what?? this is so baffling! the statue of liberty? looking west on 14th street?
I've yet to go visit the highline, well, since it actually opened. and what does that sign say? "THINK LOWER OPEN MON-FRI 4PM-7PM" what does that even mean???? oh this city is always full of surprises.
