What was unusual about this place was that it's a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins chain store (on E. 34th). I've never seen a "kosher" sign on a fast food joint before.
I guess they were referring to the customers sitting under that special "sign." Good thing it didn't add "Eat Me" like the human sandwich board in "Sex And The City."
@ G.S since Dunkin Donuts and Baskin robins merged, you do find this kosher thingy, even if you can find a certificate inside from Rabbi, by the cashiers, I have noticed it a year ago on 2nd ave and 31st street dunkin dounats.

The Bretzel bakery is the only kosher bakery in Dublin and I don't know of a Kosher restaraunt.
Maby the Rabbi would know.
