Great pic - so vibrant. This brings up a question, since I've only been there once: Was it the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel that exited in Secaucus, right i/f/o that massive Slaughterhouse sign? I believe that actress Betty Hutton owned part of that pig processing plant. Things this 'offal' leave indelible memories, but I just can't stop having me some great Southern BBQ. (Of course, Miss Ellie's in Smithtown, LI, served up some mean Cajun.)
Hi April, The Lincoln Tunnel exits in Secaucus. I've never seen a slaughterhouse sign, sounds like something that would have been disturbing indeed! Btw, there had once been a slaughterhouse where the U.N. now stands. That's why the buildings in the Tudor City apartment complex across the street from that location were built with no windows on that side.

Interesting note Gene. I have friends who live over that way who probably never had an (o)inkling. Thanks.
