That's a bridge used only for trains in the foreground and the Triborough Bridge behind it.

yes, yes, lovely, did you have to go out of your way to get this? is this in the park?
It's a couple of blocks north of the park, I think around 23rd Avenue and 19th Street. I had a fare up there and on the way back I stepped out of the cab to take a few shots.
