I saw this on the news, never in real life. What's the story here? supposedly the dumplings are so good they run out, and yet they still park the van there so that frustrated costumers order only to be turned down? and then they donate the left-overs to charity? only there are no leftovers? All i get when I watch the news is more questions
I don't know anything about that, but I think anyone who paints "dumplings" backwards on the front of the van, as if it were an ambulance, is okay with me.
I am in D.C... and right when you think you have seen it all..this makes me smile.."the dumpling 911" in your rearview mirror. :)
